We’re well-experienced in handling claims for hearing aids and have worked with Countrywide Hearing and Hearing Aid UK since 2017. So if your insurance claim is being processed by one of these companies, you can expect a prompt, hassle-free service from us.

We aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your contact details and set up an appointment for you without delay. We’ll conduct an up-to-date hearing assessment, take impressions of your ears and organise wax removal if necessary. Then, your new hearing aids will be with you within the week (or 10 days for customised hearing aids) – covered by our usual five-year warranty and free lifetime aftercare service.
